The story
When an upright officer accepts a job at Tihar Jail, he vows to make amends after witnessing cold-blooded corruption within its walls.
What it’s like
Gritty institutional drama set inside a high-security prison, with the mood of a crime thriller: fluorescent-lit corridors, bureaucratic tension and a sense that power is always shifting hands. The vibe is grim, tense and morally pressured, the kind of show to watch in focused, late-evening stretches rather than as background. Its story follows a principled officer who takes a post inside the walls and finds the institution rotten, so the arc is about conscience, compromise and a man trying to set things right against heavy resistance. Expect crime-drama intensity: corruption, menace and violence within a prison setting, with the threat felt more as ongoing pressure than as gore. It suits viewers who want serious, adult storytelling about power and integrity, and it is not a gentle or cozy choice. It is for people drawn to socially grounded crime drama with a strong moral spine.
