The story
Uday Gupta, a medical college student wanted to specialise in Orthopaedic, but is stuck in an all-female class of Gynaecology. Will he change his department, or will the department change him?
What it’s like
Bright, bustling hospital corridors and campus common rooms in even daylight, with a clean, saturated palette of whites, pastels and primary accents, and an upbeat, pop-leaning Hindi score that keeps the energy moving. The camera stays mostly conventional and close, favouring quick reaction shots and busy group frames over slow contemplation. The mood is light and breezy, a comedy with warm, low-stakes calm running through it, and it suits a lazy weekend afternoon, a comfort rewatch, or something easy to half-watch while doing other things. The pacing is brisk, with jokes and set-pieces arriving often, and the emotional arc follows a young man who is out of place and slowly finds his footing among colleagues who first treat him as an outsider. Intensity is mild: no violence or gore, a little romantic tension, and medical settings handled with gentle humour rather than clinical detail. It is for people who want a cheerful, undemanding comedy with a bit of heart and no real darkness.
