The story

Everyone knows that the stork delivers babies, but where do the storks get the babies from? The answer lies up in the stratosphere, where cloud people sculpt babies from clouds and bring them to life. Gus, a lonely and insecure grey cloud, is a master at creating "dangerous" babies. Crocodiles, porcupines, rams and more - Gus's beloved creations are works of art, but more than a handful for his loyal delivery stork partner, Peck. As Gus's creations become more and more rambunctious, Peck's job gets harder and harder. How will Peck manage to handle both his hazardous cargo and his friend's fiery temperament?

What it’s like

Bright, soft-edged CG animation of a sunlit sky, all puffy white and pastel blue, with clouds rendered so their volumes look squishy and sculptable. The camera moves are quick and playful against wide, airy backdrops, and the rhythm is brisk and gag-driven, almost entirely slapstick. The sound is light and bouncy: whimsical orchestral cues, cartoon boings and squelches, and the occasional soft thunder rumble. The vibe is sweet, goofy and warm, with a touch of grumpy-friendship comedy. Intensity is very low. Chaos and peril are played for laughs, with no real violence, gore or fear beyond mild cartoon tumbles. It suits a short, lighthearted sit-down with kids, a palate-cleanser before a longer feature, or a comfort watch when you want something gentle and funny in under six minutes, for anyone who enjoys charming, character-led cartoon comedy about an unlikely friendship under pressure.
