The story
Former WWE wrestler the Big Show is out of the ring and ready for an even tougher challenge: raising three daughters with his wife in Florida.
What it’s like
Bright, broadly lit suburban kitchens and living rooms with flat, even sitcom lighting, the kind of multi-camera set where everything looks cheerful and nothing is shadowed. Camera work stays steady and conventional, mostly medium shots of people reacting in close quarters, with the physical comedy of a very large man in a small house doing most of the visual punchlines. The sound is studio laugh track energy, bouncy and warm, with a light pop-sitcom theme and the constant chatter of teenage girls over one another. It feels like a comfortable, low-effort Tuesday evening: easy to follow, easy to half-watch while folding laundry or doing homework nearby. The tone is good-natured and silly, leaning on family banter, with the stakes running no deeper than a missed curfew or a clumsy misunderstanding. The emotional arc is a gentle one, a big, goofy dad learning to keep up with three daughters who are growing up faster than he expected. It is gentle throughout, with no violence and no real menace, though the wrestling-star premise brings a few playful sight gags about size and strength. Fits viewers who want light family comedy for a relaxed evening, especially those who enjoy celebrity-driven sitcoms with a warm, uncomplicated heart.
