The story

Chulbul Pandey, the playful and fearless inspector, returns once again in a face-to-face with Balli Singh, a criminal whose antics annoy and who disturbed the lives of many victims.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated daylight and sun-baked small-town streets give this a loud, glossy look, with fast cuts, zooming camera moves and slow-motion punches timed for maximum swagger. Brassy film songs with dhol drumbeats break up the action, and the score leans on big percussive hits rather than quiet moments. The vibe is boisterous and cheeky, a crowd-pleaser to put on with friends on a Friday night or as an easy, no-effort watch. Violence is stylized and frequent: fistfights, gunfire and explosions, but with little blood or gore, and the tone stays comic throughout, with broad slapstick and some crude jokes. A few songs carry suggestive lyrics and choreography, but nothing explicit. The pacing is brisk and episodic, with the hero's larger-than-life bravado staying central and the supporting characters' arcs kept light. It suits viewers who want big, uncomplicated fun, mass-entertainment spectacle and a hero they can cheer for.
