The story
"A girl in a lower grade just made me cry!" One day, Senpai visits the library after school and becomes the target of a super sadistic junior! The name of the girl who teases, torments, and tantalizes Senpai is "Nagatoro!" She's annoying yet adorable. It's painful, but you still want to be by her side. This is a story about an extremely sadistic and temperamental girl and you'll feel something awaken inside of you.
What it’s like
Bright, flat anime colour with clean linework and soft cel shading, set against the pale greens and warm beige of a suburban Japanese school, the library, a cramped riverside bike path, and the glare of late-afternoon classrooms. The camera stays mostly in mid-shot and reaction close-ups, cutting quickly on comic beats and holding on deadpan faces, while the score is light and bouncy with muted piano and the occasional bright synth sting for slapstick moments. Vibe: playful, chaotic-sweet, a little awkward. It suits a lazy weekend afternoon, a comfort rewatch, or background viewing when you want something that makes you laugh out loud rather than think hard. The tone is teasing and affectionate rather than cruel, and the central dynamic is a gap-year-jaded upperclassman slowly warming to a loud, boisterous younger girl who loves getting under his skin. Intensity is low: constant verbal ribbing, physical teasing, pranks and playful pokes, with no real violence, gore, or sexual content beyond mild, flustered innuendo. Made for viewers who enjoy romantic comedy with sharp banter, goofy energy, and an underdog-to-sweetheart arc.
