The story
Swing, jump, and blast through dimensions in this standalone follow-up to the critically-acclaimed 2D action-platformer Grapple Dog. Zip between action-packed worlds as Pablo and Luna team up to save the cosmos in their own unique ways.
What it’s like
Bright, chunky pixel art with saturated space backdrops, nebulas in pink and teal, and planets that bloom behind every swing. The sound is bouncy chiptune-flavoured arcade music with quick, cheerful effects for jumps, grapple snaps and blasts, so the whole thing feels like a light, buoyant Saturday-morning cartoon. In the hands it is all momentum: you hook onto ledges and swing through tight 2D courses, then fire off blasters between jumps, with the controls responsive and forgiving enough that falls feel more funny than frustrating. Pacing is brisk and levels are short, so it suits a family session, a quick break, or a stretch of playing on the couch with a kid. Its tone is playful, warm and unfussy, with a light buddy-team energy between its two heroes. Violence is cartoonish laser-blasting at robots and space creatures, with no gore and nothing frightening. It is for players who want an easygoing, colourful action-platformer that is gentle, fast and genuinely fun, especially for younger players or anyone after an undemanding arcade romp.
