The story

A stolen computer disk contains the location of a hidden tresaure trove. It's up to the sexy ladies of LETHAL (Legion to Ensure Total Harmony and Law) to find the treasure before the bad guys do.

What it’s like

Bright, sun-bleached daylight over Hawaiian beaches, turquoise water, and palm-lined resorts, shot with a glossy late-90s video sheen and bold primary colors that never let the frame go dim. Camera work is brisk and loose: quick zooms, sudden cuts, aerial sweeps over surf and coastline, and plenty of lingering, unembarrassed close-ups of its cast in swimwear. Gunfights and explosions are staged with cheerful, cartoonish energy, and the score is a jaunty mix of synth-pop and light adventure cues. The vibe is campy, goofy, and loud, a B-movie that knows it is silly and is happy to be. It suits a lazy weekend afternoon, a bit of ironic fun with friends, or a background watch while folding laundry. Pacing is episodic and fast, with stilted dialogue and broad, comic performances. Intensity runs high on nudity and sexual innuendo and moderate on gunplay and fistfights, with little blood and no real dread. Not gentle. It is for people who want escapist, tongue-in-cheek action with a tropical backdrop and a flair for cheesy spectacle.
