The story

After crash-landing on an alien planet, the Robinson family fights against all odds to survive and escape. But they're surrounded by hidden dangers.

What it’s like

Glossy, high-contrast digital imagery: lush alien jungles in saturated green and violet, glowing ice caverns, and cramped spacecraft interiors lit in cool blue and amber with the friendly red-and-yellow glow of a towering robot. Wide establishing shots of strange skies alternate with tight, handheld-feeling close-ups during crises, and the score swells with orchestral brass and pulsing synth when danger closes in. The vibe is adventurous and warm, with a current of unease under the wonder, best suited to a weekend binge or a family evening on the couch. Episodes move briskly, each ending on a cliffhanger, and the emotional arc follows a fractured family learning to trust one another under pressure. Violence is regular but not graphic: creature attacks, fights, and some deaths, with peril and jump-scare tension more than gore, and occasional mild profanity. It suits viewers who want escapist sci-fi with heart and sibling bickering, rather than bleak or horror-leaning survival drama.
