The story

Noah must leave her city, boyfriend, and friends to move into William Leister's mansion, the flashy and wealthy husband of her mother Rafaela. As a proud and independent 17 year old, Noah resists living in a mansion surrounded by luxury. However, it is there where she meets Nick, her new stepbrother, and the clash of their strong personalities becomes evident from the very beginning.

What it’s like

Glossy, polished interiors of a wealthy villa, with warm lamp light, cool stone and marble, and bright daytime exteriors that feel more showroom than lived-in. The mood is restless and charged, built on sharp dialogue and arguments that turn into flirtation. Its emotional register is combustible and melodramatic, with a rhythm of quarrels, lingering looks, and sudden swings. The story follows two strong-willed people in a blended household who clash first and slowly draw closer, and the film leans hard into that tension. It is not gentle. The central romance is between stepsiblings, one of whom is seventeen, and it includes sexual content involving that character, which is the main thing a viewer should weigh before watching. There is some arguing and emotional conflict but little violence. This suits viewers who want a glossy, heated teen-drama romance and are comfortable with its stepsibling and underage sexual content. It is a poor fit for anyone seeking something gentle, non-sexual, or age-appropriate for younger viewers.
