The story
Spatial is a 3D gaming hub where creators craft and share immersive social experiences for web, mobile, and VR. We're transforming online interaction from passive watching to active play. Think YouTube, but for games. From Racing Empire to Merge Survivor Zombie, there are thousands of games that can be discovered on Spatial. And with the Spatial Creator Toolkit, developers can build and publish their own games to a community of millions of players, to the library of games is growing every day.
What it’s like
Browser-first and social, with a loose, drop-in feel: you open a hub, wander among user-made games, and join friends in short sessions. Much of the mood depends on whichever creator built a given experience, so expect a patchwork of styles rather than one consistent look. The core tone is casual and light, built around quick matches, co-operative and multiplayer rooms, and the sense of a busy public space where others are playing alongside you. It suits a lunch break, an evening catching up with friends online, or a stretch of background play on a phone or headset. Pacing is quick and session-based, with little demand for long commitment. Intensity is not set by the platform itself, so it varies by creator; check individual experiences before settling in if you want something gentle. It is aimed at players who enjoy discovering things, playing with others, and trying a lot of small games in one place.
