The story

A journey deep into an uncharted and treacherous land, where fantastical creatures await the legendary Clades—a family of explorers whose differences threaten to topple their latest, and by far most crucial, mission.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated 3D animation with a painterly warmth: lush bioluminescent jungles glowing teal and violet against deep green, sunlit farmland of golden fields and rustic wooden barns, and a sky that shifts from pastel dawn to dusky, otherworldly blues. The camera moves with an adventurous sweep, swooping over cliffs and through tangled vines, then settling into cozy close-ups of a kitchen table or a worn-in cabin. Sound leans on orchestral swells and playful, bouncy score, with creature noises that are squelchy and funny rather than frightening. The vibe is warm, familiar and gently whimsical, the kind of thing for a family movie night, a lazy weekend afternoon, or a comfort watch with someone younger. Pacing is brisk and episodic, with a mix of slapstick and sincere emotional beats. Its tone is hopeful and affectionate, following a multigenerational family learning to listen to one another and accept who they are. Intensity is mild: peril and jump-scare moments with creatures, brief scuffles, and no gore, sexual content, or cruelty. Made for families and anyone who wants an earnest, colorful adventure about belonging and understanding.
