The story
After his father's death, Eric Zimmerman travels to Spain to oversee his company's branches. In Madrid, he falls for Judith and engage in an intense, erotic relationship full of exploration. However, Eric fears his secret may end their affair.
What it’s like
Warm, intimate and openly sensual, with the tension of a secret sitting under every charged encounter. The story unfolds in Spanish city settings, and the mood leans on close, unhurried attention to two people figuring each other out, so the pacing feels deliberate rather than brisk. The erotic content is explicit and frequent, though it serves a drama about trust and concealment, and the emotional register swings between heady desire and a low, anxious dread about being found out. A lonely outsider's guard slowly loosening, and the cost of letting someone see the real him, form the shape of the arc. Expect sexual content throughout, some raw emotional confrontation, and no gore or graphic violence. It suits a late evening alone or a comfort-watch for viewers who enjoy romantic drama with heat and a slow-building sense of something about to break. It is best for people who want Spanish cinema that puts desire and secrecy at its centre, and who are comfortable with adult material.
