The story

After the events of the summer, Ares and Raquel they don't see a way forward in their relationship and decide to go separate ways. But when they meet again in the winter in Barcelona, the love and desire they feel for each other is undeniable. Will they be able to find a way to get back together?

What it’s like

Cool winter light over Barcelona's streets gives this teen romance a soft, wistful backdrop, with the city's stone facades and crowded cafés setting the mood more than any dramatic spectacle. The vibe is warm and tender with a bittersweet undertow, the kind of gentle, emotionally open story suited to a rainy weekend afternoon or a cosy evening on the sofa. Its pacing leans on quiet glances, awkward reconciliations and light comedy between two young people who keep circling back to each other, so the emotional register stays intimate rather than frantic. Class differences run beneath the romance, adding friction without turning the story bleak. The arc follows two people who must decide whether their feelings can survive pride and distance, and the tone stays affectionate and admiring throughout. Violence is absent. Romantic and physical intimacy is present but mostly understated, with no graphic content. It suits viewers who enjoy Spanish youth dramas, sequels that deepen familiar characters, and sweet, low-stakes romance with a touch of humour.
