The story
When the body of a powerful businesswoman goes missing from the morgue, the inspector-in-charge hunts for the truth. When he questions her husband he realizes that there is much more to the case than meets the eye.
What it’s like
Cool, clinical institutional spaces give way to dim, claustrophobic interiors as a police investigation tightens around a grieving household, with the morgue, hospital corridors and a well-appointed home framing the case. The tone is a remake-style, twisty whodunit: suspicion builds in steady, deliberate steps, with pauses for interrogation scenes where a sideways glance or a delayed answer carries the weight. The score likely leans on low, tense strings and sustained pulses that swell at reveals, while quieter passages let the dialogue breathe. Pacing is measured rather than frantic, with the mystery unspooling through conversation and recalled details more than chases. Emotionally it stays cool and watchful, with the central men's arcs turning on guilt, pride and what each is willing to hide. Intensity is moderate: dread, deception and a few tense confrontations, with death handled off-screen and little graphic gore. It suits a rainy evening or a focused late-night watch for viewers who enjoy puzzle-box thrillers and slow-burn suspicion over action.
