The story
When five lovely young girls who hate studying hire part-time tutor Futaro, he guides not only their education but also their hearts. Time spent has brought them all closer, with feelings growing within the girls and Futaro. As they finish their third year of high school and their last school festival approaches, they set their sights on what’s next. Is there a future with one of them and Futaro?
What it’s like
Bright, saturated anime animation with clean cel-style colour, warm daylight through classroom windows, and cheerful pastel skies over a school campus in its final year. The camera stays mostly on tidy, well-lit rooms and busy festival crowds, and the comedy lives in exaggerated expressions, quick reaction cuts, and bouncy, playful music that gives way to softer piano during quieter scenes. The vibe is light, warm and affectionate, with a steady undercurrent of teenage flutter. It suits a lazy weekend afternoon, a comfort rewatch, or background viewing while doing something else. The pace is brisk and episodic, with gags landing every few minutes and romantic moments built slowly through small gestures rather than big confrontations. Its people's arcs follow a group of siblings who bicker, tease and gradually open up to one tutor and to each other. Intensity is very low: no violence or gore, no fear or cruelty, and only mild, playful romantic teasing with brief kisses and suggestive comic beats. It is for viewers who want gentle, good-natured romance and school-life warmth with a lot of laughter.
