The story

A fading celebrity decides to use a black market drug, a cell-replicating substance that temporarily creates a younger, better version of herself.

What it’s like

Saturated, high-gloss digital imagery: lurid pinks and yellows, slick chrome and tiled sterile rooms, and close, unflinching framing that lingers on skin, surfaces and bodies under hard fluorescent or flattering studio light. Camera moves are often fluid and showy, with symmetrical tracking shots down gleaming corridors and sudden jolts into handheld panic as the mood tips. The sound design leans on a pulsing synth score, glossy pop-adjacent needle drops and sharp, wet, unnerving foley that makes every bodily change feel close enough to hear. The vibe is glossy dread with a sharp satirical grin: a dark comedy that turns vanity and the cult of youth into something lurid and queasy. It suits a late-night watch with the lights low, a New Year's Eve party gone sour, or anyone craving horror that is loud, funny and deeply uncomfortable. Intensity is high: graphic body horror, prosthetic gore, nudity, sexual content and visceral violence, with the body-transformation imagery landing as both repulsive and gleefully excessive. Not gentle. For viewers who want satire with teeth and don't mind their stomach being tested.
