The story

Khalid, entrusted with the task of eliminating former soldier turned rogue Kabir, engages in an epic battle with his mentor who taught him everything.

What it’s like

Glossy, high-saturation digital photography with a commercial sheen: sleek Italian piazzas and Lisbon-style streets bathed in warm golden-hour light, then cooler blue night interiors lit by hard practical sources and car headlights. Camera work leans on fast tracking shots, sweeping crane moves and kinetic handheld during fights, with cuts that keep the energy high. The score is a bombastic blend of big orchestral swells, electronic pulse and pounding percussion, with the sound design built around gunfire, engine roar and crunching impacts. The vibe is slick, loud and crowd-pleasing, best for a Friday night with friends or a loud, escapist watch when you want spectacle over subtlety. Pacing is relentless, with chases and set pieces stacked one after another and only brief breathers for romance and banter. The emotional core is a mentor and protégé pulled into opposing sides, a rivalry that softens into grudging respect and bruised affection. Violence is frequent and stylised: gunfights, hand-to-hand combat and vehicle crashes, with blood present but not lingered on. It suits fans of big-budget action who enjoy karate-heavy brawls and globe-trotting set pieces, and is less suited to anyone wanting something gentle or quiet.
