The story
Aisha, who loves playing matchmaker much to her friend Arjun's disapproval, finds a new target in the simple Shefali. But in the process, she ends up ruining her own relationship with close friends.
What it’s like
Bright, saturated colour and sunlit Delhi streets, with bungalow lawns, crowded drawing rooms, and a glossy pastel-and-jewel-tone wardrobe that shifts with each social set-piece. Camera work is polished and mobile, often tracking through parties and gatherings, and the score is buoyant Bollywood-style pop with a light orchestral sheen. The vibe is playful and mildly satirical, warm and breezy, with a comic undercurrent of meddling and wounded pride. It suits a lazy weekend afternoon, a comfort rewatch, or a light evening when you want something frothy and colourful. The pace is brisk and the emotional register is teasing rather than heavy: a headstrong young woman learns that good intentions can cause real hurt, and the arc follows her gradually owning her mistakes. Intensity is very low: no violence, no gore, no real peril, only romantic tension, a few kisses, and comic embarrassment. It is for viewers who want an upbeat, character-driven romantic comedy with a satirical edge and a classic-novel backbone.
