The story

When Sita, a highly trained assassin raised in isolation as a super-soldier by a rogue commander, discovers the dark truth about her family and her stolen childhood, she teams up with her long lost sister to take down her creator and his illicit military program.

What it’s like

Built around fight sequences and a tense, pressure-driven thriller engine, this film suits viewers who want a lean, kinetic evening with a hard edge rather than something atmospheric or slow. The tone is raw and unsentimental, and the central figure is a combat-trained woman who moves through the story with controlled intensity, so expect physical, close-quarters action and a steady undercurrent of threat rather than gentle beats. Its emotional register runs on betrayal, buried history and a reluctant bond between two sisters who have been kept apart, with the arc moving from isolation toward a fragile alliance. The pacing is built for momentum, with suspense carried from one set-piece to the next. Violence is a central part of the experience and should be expected throughout. The cast includes Alia Bhatt, Sharvari and Bobby Deol, and the film is aimed at people who enjoy female-led spy thrillers and tough, high-stakes action.
