The story
Seema rejects six marriage proposals set by her father and leaves for Goa. After Jai and Omi fail to impress her, they come up with a cruel plan when they realise that their friend Sid is dating her.
What it’s like
Bright, saturated Goa sunshine, sandy beaches, and seaside cafés in loud primary colours, with a glossy, sun-drenched look and a bouncy pop soundtrack that keeps interrupting itself with cheerful song numbers. The camera stays lively and playful, with quick cuts, mugging close-ups and broad physical comedy in cramped flat interiors. The vibe is breezy, goofy and mischievous, the kind of easy watch for a lazy weekend afternoon, a light evening with friends, or a comfort rewatch when you want something silly and warm. Pacing is brisk and episodic, with scenes built on banter, misunderstandings and escalating pranks rather than any real tension. The emotional register stays light: the friendships are chummy and teasing, and the romance is sweet and uncomplicated. Intensity is low. There is no real violence or gore, only slapstick falls and mock fights. Sexual content is limited to crude jokes and innuendo, and the spiky moments of meanness are played for laughs. It suits viewers who want frothy, good-humoured Bollywood comedy about male friendship and summer romance, not a serious drama.
