The story
On their wedding night, an oddball couple is thrust into a chaotic chase, dodging goons and cops in a frenzied hunt for the mysterious "Charlie."
What it’s like
Fast, farcical energy drives this comedy: a wedding night turns into a breathless run across town, with goons and police hot on the heels of an odd, mismatched couple. Expect a caper rhythm, with escalating mix-ups and physical slapstick rather than slow reflection, so it suits a playful, high-tempo evening more than a quiet one. The emotional register is light and comic, and the central pairing's awkward chemistry, the friction of two people who barely know each other, is what carries the tone. The chase involves scuffles and pursuit, and the mood stays brisk and mischievous rather than grim, though it is not a gentle, violence-free watch. It will appeal to viewers who enjoy screwball comedy with a dash of action, and who like their romance tangled up in chaos.
