The story

Casey Cartwright is poised to become the most powerful girl in the Greek system. Rusty, her little brother, is new on campus and he's the geek. But he sees Cyprus-Rhodes University as an opportunity to create a whole new identity.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated daytime look with warm sunlight on brick academic buildings, pastel sorority-house interiors, and the flat fluorescent glow of dorm hallways and late-night diners, all shot in a bouncy single-camera style with quick cuts, mugging reaction shots, and direct-to-camera asides. The sound is a pop-rock and indie soundtrack layered over party scenes, frat-house chaos, and lighthearted montages, with plenty of cheerful dialogue and very little quiet. Vibe: breezy, bright, and a little silly, the kind of show that suits a weeknight after dinner, a lazy weekend binge, or background watching while doing chores. The pacing is brisk and episodic, with a light comic register that gives the characters room to get into scrapes and out again. Their arcs follow ambitious, image-conscious students learning to loosen up and grow, with friendship and romance tangling through the Greek-letter social world. Intensity is low: mild profanity, sexual innuendo and some partying, drinking, and sexual situations, but no real violence, gore, or dread. Good for viewers who want fun, sociable campus comedy with warmth and no heaviness, especially fans of ensemble college sitcoms.
