The story

Hibiki Sakura’s love for food is starting to affect her size, but training at her local gym is pretty intimidating! After meeting her handsome personal trainer, Machio, Hibiki bites the bullet and starts her quest for a hot bod!

What it’s like

Bright, warm digital animation with clean linework and soft pastel gym interiors, where mirrors, chalk-dusted weights, and late-afternoon sun through big windows give the training floor a friendly glow. The colours are cheerful and saturated, and the framing leans into comic close-ups and exaggerated expressions. The score is upbeat and bouncy, with playful pop cues that rise during workout montages. Its vibe is light, sunny and self-deprecating, a good fit for a lazy weekend or an easy background watch while doing your own stretches. Episodes move briskly and stay low-stakes, built from small victories, awkward gym encounters and gentle teasing between the leads. Intensity is mild: there is no real violence or gore, and the fan-service camera angles, suggestive poses and innuendo are frequent but never explicit, so it sits closer to a cheeky romcom than anything adult. Best for viewers who want a comedic slice-of-life take on getting fit, with a sweet, flirty undercurrent and an emphasis on enthusiasm over intensity.
