The story

Sousuke Aikawa is a part-time worker who lives in a rundown apartment building where his only consolation is that the landlord is a beautiful woman and the girl who lives above him is cute. One day though, the ceiling above him creaks and... Bang! In from the second floor, directly above him, the cute girl comes crashing down on him…!? In an erotic encounter that can only be classified as a miracle, hearts and bodies are connected by chance. Then for some reason, he starts to live with both of these beautiful women!? Under this one roof, just what exactly will become of this crowded love triangle...!?

What it’s like

Bright, cheerful cel animation with flat pastel colors, sunny daylight through the windows of a cramped, faded apartment, and bouncy, exaggerated comedic timing. The mood is lighthearted and goofy, with a steady stream of slapstick, sight gags, and flustered reactions. Expect frequent fanservice: nudity, suggestive camera angles, bathroom and bedroom mishaps, and sexual innuendo throughout, with the romantic and erotic material played for laughs rather than tension. Violence is minimal, mostly cartoonish bumps and tumbles, and there is no real danger or cruelty. The rhythm is brisk, with each episode built around one misunderstanding or accident after another, and the emotional register stays light and teasing, with the central trio's awkward, shifting dynamic doing most of the work. It suits a casual, late-night binge or background viewing when you want something playful and easygoing, and it is aimed at fans of ecchi harem comedies who enjoy a cheerful, sexually forward tone and a crowded, comic love triangle.
