The story
This is a first-person story-driven psychological horror game. Delve into this dark and strange world with an investigation officer from Roam to find traces of lost memories and fulfill your destiny.
What it’s like
Muted, dim palettes of ash grey, sickly teal and amber lamplight, with a fuzzy, slightly retro haze over every frame, as if the picture were seen through old glass. Its first-person walking pace is slow and deliberate, lingering on empty corridors, rain-streaked windows and cluttered offices where the next clue hides in plain sight. Sound does much of the unsettling work: sparse ambient drones, distant metallic clanks and long stretches of near silence broken by a faint hum. Textures shift toward the psychedelic when memory fails, with warping geometry and dreamlike sequences that blur the boundary between investigation and hallucination. The vibe is eerie, melancholic and dreamlike, a late-night mystery to sit with alone when you want atmosphere more than action. Violence is largely implied rather than shown, and the dread comes from uncertainty, not gore, though some scenes are unsettling and grim. It suits players who enjoy walking simulators, 1980s-tinged dystopian settings and slow-burn psychological puzzles about identity and forgotten pasts.
