The story
Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs. Maxi Boost ON is a port of the arcade version of the same game, that started operation in 2016. This 2vs2 team battle action game allows you to control Mobile Suits that have appeared in numerous Gundam works! In addition to the 183 units that appeared in the arcade version, you can also use 2 MS that are new to the game !
What it’s like
Bright, saturated arcade spectacle: sky-blue and orange explosions bloom across wide open arenas, with the camera pulled back to show whole squads of giant mechs boosting, strafing and detonating in a constant stream of particle sparks and lens flares. The sound is loud and punchy, with bass-heavy weapon impacts, shouted pilot callouts and the familiar Gundam fanfare layered over a driving battle score. Its energy is kinetic and celebratory rather than grim, a tag-team rush where the pace rarely lets up for a full match. Intensity is high in the sense of constant on-screen action, but the violence is stylised robot combat with no gore, no blood and no human casualties, and the tone stays earnest and heroic.
