The story

Follow the adventures of three ordinary girls as they make life’s awkward moments a thousand times worse. Along with a colorful bunch of classmates, they learn their most important lessons the hard way. Meanwhile down the street, a pocket-sized professor makes life difficult for a robot who just wants to be normal. But normal is the last thing you can expect in a town where salmon falls from the sky. In fact, the only thing you can count on is your friends, but even they are totally weird.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated 2D animation with sunny skies, flat pastel backdrops and tidy suburban streets, broken up by sudden bursts of hyperkinetic motion and faces that freeze into deadpan stillness mid-gag. The sound is quick and playful: bouncy musical cues that cut to dead air for a beat before a punchline, chirpy school bells, and a flat robotic voice set against a professor's squeaky bursts of enthusiasm. The vibe is cheerful absurdism, well suited to a lazy Saturday morning, a background watch while folding laundry, or a short sitting when you want to laugh without thinking. Episodes are brisk and self-contained, stacking small mishaps and surreal detours, including the odd weather event that drops fish from the sky, into a steady comic rhythm rather than a building story. The emotional register stays light and affectionate, with friendship as the warm center and quirks accepted rather than corrected. Intensity is very low: cartoon slapstick, exploding gadgets and absurd destruction played for laughs, with no real violence, gore, sexual content or fear. It is made for viewers who enjoy odd, gentle comedy and a bright, unhurried world.
