The story

Oh No! More Lemmings is the follow-up to Lemmings. The game features 100 new levels, and all-new graphics and music. It was released in both a stand-alone and an add-on version.

What it’s like

Bright, chunky pixel art gives this puzzler a cheerful, toy-box look: small green-haired lemmings trudge across colourful, handmade landscapes of caves, brick, and sunlit grass, with the cursor hovering over a row of skill icons. The sound is bouncy, looping chiptune music and clicks of small mechanical sound effects, with a jaunty rhythm that suits the comedy. Deaths are cartoonish and quick, with tiny sprites splatting, exploding in brief puffs, or tumbling off ledges, so the mood stays light even when the stakes feel high. The pace is set by the level timers, and the play is methodical: you pause, study the layout, assign a few skills like digging, climbing, floating, or blocking, and then watch the little crowd respond. Each stage is a self-contained knot to untangle, and the tone is playful and patient rather than tense. It suits a rainy afternoon, a calm evening alone, or anyone who enjoys thinking through problems at their own speed. Single-player only, with no real gore and mild, comic peril throughout. It is for people who like clever, gentle puzzles with a sense of humour.
