The story

The social thriller starring a two year-old baby girl. She is living in a home where the adults are going through a complicated phase. Being a toddler, she is occasionally trapped in the accidental situations.

What it’s like

Handheld camera at toddler height keeps most of the frame in one cramped apartment, with low ceilings, fluorescent kitchen light, and the hazards of ordinary household objects, stoves, doors, and gaps a small child can reach. Domestic noise (a running tap, a ceiling fan, distant traffic) carries most of the sound, and music arrives sparingly, so silences feel heavy. The mood is tense, claustrophobic, and quietly anxious, with the grey-brown realism of a lived-in Indian city flat. Pacing is patient and observational, building through small moments that turn dangerous, so the film suits an evening when you want sustained unease rather than comfort. Intensity is high: peril to a small child and frightening domestic situations, with dread and suspense rather than gore, though some scenes are hard to watch. It is not gentle. It is for viewers who want a raw, intimate thriller about a family under strain, seen from a child's eye level.
