The story

An easy-going man ensures that the spark in his marriage stays strong by always apologizing and opting for the path of least conflict in his relationship. When his wife becomes pregnant and wishes to have the baby, he does not offer resistance, but is also not ready to be a father. How will their relationship evolve?

What it’s like

Bright, saturated city interiors in warm daylight, with sunlit flats, cluttered kitchens and wedding-season colour, give this a glossy, breezy look. Camera work stays conversational, with plenty of two-shots and reaction close-ups that let the comic timing land, and the soundtrack leans on upbeat pop-Bollywood cues and light comic underscore. The vibe is wry, warm and low-stakes, the kind of comedy suited to a lazy weekend afternoon, a comfort rewatch, or something easy on a long-haul flight. Pacing is brisk and chatty, and the emotional register stays mostly light, with sharp, playful bickering giving way to a gentler reckoning about what commitment asks of an agreeable husband who would rather keep the peace than choose. Intensity is low: no violence, no gore, mild innuendo and romantic physicality, and pregnancy handled through jokes and domestic friction rather than distress. Made for viewers who want a funny, good-natured marriage comedy with easy charm and nothing harsh.
