The story
Kapil Sharma is back with his gang - Bindu, Chandan and 'mohalle ki dhoban' Gudiya. In tow is a new character, Maski, along with Goli, Roopmati and more! Enjoy guaranteed laughter with Kapil and his antics as different celebrities join in.
What it’s like
Bright, crowded studio light with saturated set colours, the kind of glossy multi-camera look typical of Indian primetime entertainment, and a frame that stays wide so the whole ensemble and the guest couch fit in shot. Cuts are quick and reaction shots pile up, with laughter tracks and audience whoops filling the gaps between jokes. Sound is loud and chirpy: brass stings, bouncy theme music, and the constant overlap of bickering voices in Hindi and Punjabi-inflected banter. The sketches rely on exaggerated characters, broad accents and slapstick timing, so the mood is boisterous, silly and warm rather than sharp. It suits a lazy evening on the couch, a weekend with family, or background company while folding laundry or cooking. Intensity is low: physical gags and teasing, with no violence, gore or sexual content, and nothing frightening. Expect celebrity interviews woven through the sketches and a steady stream of playful one-liners. It is made for people who want easy, big-hearted laughter with a lot of personality and no effort required.
