The story
A rebellious vampire with a broken tooth falls for a shy dentist on the streets of Kolkata but will human and mystical forces keep them apart?
What it’s like
Bright, playful street-level comedy set in the crowded lanes of Kolkata, where a vampire's romantic misadventures play out against a city of tea stalls, clinic waiting rooms, and busy evening traffic. The mood is light and teasing, with the supernatural handled as a running joke rather than a source of dread, and the mystery threads add a gentle puzzle-box pull without much darkness. Expect a steady comic rhythm, episodes that move briskly, and a warm, awkward romance between two people who are each a little out of step with the world. The intensity stays low: any bloodsucking is comic and brief, with no graphic gore, and fear is mild and quickly undercut by humour. It suits a relaxed evening, a light weekend binge, or anyone wanting a fun, offbeat romcom with a supernatural twist and no heavy stakes.
