The story

Jules balances her life of being a college student, while serving up vigilante justice on her school's campus. Until Ophelia, a computer hacker, discovers her secret and entangles herself in Jules' quest for vengeance.

What it’s like

Bright, sunlit campus daylight and warm dorm-room lamplight, with saturated colour and a glossy digital finish that tips into comic-book exaggeration whenever the vigilante set-pieces take over. Sound leans on upbeat pop needle-drops and playful sound effects that keep the mood brisk. The vibe is sharp, funny and defiant, a bright but bruised young-adult energy that suits a weeknight binge, a rainy afternoon on the sofa, or a catch-up with a friend. Pacing is fast and episodic, built around a bickering friendship that tightens into loyalty as a wary outsider is pulled into a fierce, unlikely partnership. Intensity is moderate and not gentle: sexual assault is the wound at the story's centre and is discussed directly, with brief physical violence and beatings delivered as quick, stylised hits rather than lingering gore, and sexual content is frank but not explicit. Dread and anger run beneath the comedy. It is for viewers who want female-led revenge energy, sardonic humour and a girls-with-grit friendship, not a soft or purely comforting watch.
