The story
A reality show where 10 youths in their early 20s that recently graduated university will go on a graduation trip together. They have different personalities and different backgrounds but with time spent with each other, they form friendships and relationships.
What it’s like
Bright, saturated daylight on sunny resort decks and seaside villas, with the handheld, tripod-free look typical of Chinese dating-style reality shows: close, slightly jittery framing, confessional interview cuts against white or pastel backdrops, and quick zooms on glances across a dinner table. The palette leans candy-pastel and sunny, with pool blues, beach whites and warm interior lamps in the evening. Sound is upbeat pop and bubbly library music under group chatter, laughter and the cheerful sting-chords that mark each new pairing or small drama. The pace is brisk and episodic, with daytime outings, cooking, games and night-time gatherings stitched into one another. Emotionally it is light, cheerful and mildly romantic, with a warm-hearted, sometimes teasing tone and occasional flashes of awkwardness or jealousy that resolve quickly. It suits a weekend afternoon, a lazy evening scroll, or something on while folding laundry. Intensity is low: no violence or gore, only mild romantic tension and the odd tearful moment. It is for viewers who want friendly, easy company and the pleasure of watching young people get to know one another.
