The story
Though stuck at the bottom of the social ladder with no money or contacts, aspiring artist Vgly and his crew strive to break into the music business.
What it’s like
Warm, scrappy urban energy, with the beat often setting the pace. Streets and cramped rooms feel lived-in and sun-warmed, and the soundtrack of rap and electronic production carries much of the mood, so music rehearsals and studio sessions read as the emotional center. The tone sits between good-humored comedy and grounded drama: friendships are loud and teasing, and the money worries and sense of being shut out of the industry give the lighter scenes a quiet undertow. Episodes move briskly, with the comic exchanges landing fast and the dramatic beats kept brief. Intensity is low: some profanity, crude jokes and rough social situations, with no graphic violence and little that is frightening. It suits a lazy weekend binge or a comfort rewatch with friends, and it will appeal most to viewers who enjoy Spanish-language coming-of-age stories about young artists chasing a break, and who want watchable humour with an honest edge about class and ambition.
