What it’s like

Grimy dusk light over rooftops and rust-brown ruins, with the sky turning a bruised orange as the sun drops and the streets fall into shadow after dark. This is a game of rooftop sprints, wide city vistas and tense night-time sprints through tight alleys, with the rhythm of parkour leaps broken by moments of quiet scavenging in boarded-up interiors. Its sound is a constant mix of distant groans, cracking wood and a driving electronic pulse that swells when the night hunters appear. The vibe is gritty, adrenaline-charged dread with bursts of exhilarating freedom, the sort of game to play late at night with headphones on or during a long weekend binge. Violence is frequent and visceral: melee combat with improvised weapons, bloody zombie kills and tense chases, though gore is more stylised than extreme. Fear comes from the darkness and the threat of being caught out in the open rather than from jump scares alone. The pacing rewards patience and planning, and the progression tracks a determined survivor growing into a capable, self-reliant hero. It suits players who want an open-world survival adventure with brisk movement, co-op options and a steady escalation of danger.
