The story

A door to another world stretches out before a boy who's been brutally bullied all his life. This alternate reality grants him access to all sorts of things, like cheat skills and a portal that lets him travel between his old and new worlds! Can this class loser turn his life around back home...?

What it’s like

Bright, saturated cel animation moves between two worlds: sunlit school corridors washed in pale fluorescent white, and a fantasy realm of lush green forests, glowing magic effects, and wide skies that feel open and wind-swept. The palette shifts with the setting, cooler and flatter at home, warmer and more vivid in the other world, and fight scenes lean on bursts of colour and quick kinetic cuts. The score is upbeat and orchestral with synth-tinged action cues, so the mood stays buoyant even in tense moments. The vibe is escapist and wish-fulfilling, with an underdog's satisfaction. Pacing is brisk and episodic, with frequent shifts between tense school scenes and lighter adventure. Bullying is shown and its emotional sting lingers, though the tone trends toward triumph. Violence is stylised action with fantasy combat, cartoonish rather than gory. Romantic and comedic harem-style moments add a flirtatious, mildly fan-service edge. This suits viewers who want a brisk, colourful power fantasy and don't mind the genre's conventions, especially fans of isekai with a revenge-of-the-underdog arc.
