The story
In a society that favors good looks, a high school outcast leads a double life switching between his two bodies that are polar opposites in appearance.
What it’s like
Bright, glossy digital animation with bold inked outlines and saturated colour: sunlit school corridors, flat pastel rooftops, and sharp, exaggerated character designs that shift from comic caricature to sudden, stark close-ups. The palette runs warm and candy-bright, then cools into grey alleyways when the mood sours. The soundtrack leans on upbeat pop and synth-tinged beats, punctuated by hard, cartoonish thuds on every hit. Episodes move briskly, with quick gags and cliffhanger cuts, while the tone stays split between playful teen comedy and a sharp, uneasy look at cruelty over looks. It suits a binge on a restless weekend or a late-night watch when you want something lively but not soothing. Expect frequent fights with bruising, cartoon-style violence, some blood, and recurring bullying and verbal humiliation, all intense without being graphic. There is also mild sexual innuendo and teen romance. It is not gentle. It is built for viewers who enjoy stylised, energetic animation and a story about image, self-worth, and who gets to be seen.
