The story
Two gangsters and the woman they love try to survive the most dangerous night of their lives. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s one wild ingredient added to the mix: a time machine.
What it’s like
Brisk, banter-driven crime comedy with a sci-fi twist, built around the friction between two gangsters and the woman caught between them. The tone leans on buddy-comedy rhythm: quick back-and-forth, wounded pride, and escalating mess, with a loan shark, a mob boss, and a hitman circling the chaos. The time-machine element adds a playful loop-and-consequence energy, so the night keeps folding back on itself. Expect a lively, high-momentum pace with a romantic-triangle undercurrent and occasional shootouts that break up the talk. The violence is action-movie gunfire rather than lingering gore, with a comic register that keeps stakes light and the mood mischievous rather than bleak. It suits a fun, slightly chaotic movie night, especially for viewers who enjoy farce, cynical gangster humour, and a sci-fi premise played for laughs, and who don't mind a loud, messy ride with a sharp, goofy edge.
