The story

My Voice Zoo is a unique idle zoo game brought to life with your own voice. Record your sounds through the microphone and turn them into animal calls, creating a one-of-a-kind zoo found nowhere else. Start building your very own zoo, complete only with your voice!

What it’s like

Soft pastel dioramas and cartoon enclosures make up a bright, toy-like zoo, with the animals rendered in simple, rounded shapes that sit comfortably on a tidy green landscape. The sound is the heart of it: each creature sings, grunts or chirps in a warped copy of whatever you recorded into the microphone, so the place hums with your own cheeks, hums and laughter. The pace is unhurried idle play, with coins and new habitats trickling in while you wander the grounds, check on your animals and expand the layout at your own speed. Its mood is playful and gently absurd, a light, low-stakes calm with a giggle in it. Violence and fear are absent; the only tension is the mild satisfaction of unlocking the next pen. It suits a lazy afternoon at the desk, a background window while working, or a few minutes of silly self-amusement, and it is for people who want a cozy, sound-driven toy to tinker with on a PC.
