The story
After realizing he was switched at birth by a conniving father, a rakish Bantu's life is upended when he becomes the heir to a billionaire.
What it’s like
Bright, saturated studio color and glossy digital polish, with wide frames that keep the characters centred and in motion. Expect quick cuts, mirth-filled family scenes played at full volume, and big musical numbers that burst out of ordinary moments, all carried by a bouncy, horn-and-drum-heavy score. Its vibe is breezy, flashy and warm, with a playful swagger and a steady undercurrent of sentiment about family loyalty and who gets to belong. Pacing is brisk and crowd-pleasing, with the comedy and romance running alongside stylised action set pieces: punchy fights and chase-style stunts with some physical brutality but no gore, and only light peril. Emotionally it lands in good-humoured, mildly sentimental territory, following a cocky young man who learns to see the people around him differently. It suits a lively Saturday, a group watch with snacks, or an easy evening when you want something upbeat that doesn't ask for much. It's for viewers who enjoy big Bollywood entertainment, colourful spectacle and comedy with a hero who wins people over by being charming.
