The story

A police officer who's transfered in the police of Marseille gets assigned to take down a group of Italian robbers who drive the powerfull Ferrari's with the older niece of Daniel, a terrible driver who gets the legendary white taxi.

What it’s like

Bright Mediterranean sun bouncing off Marseille's pale stone and sea-blue water, with the Ferraris and the battered yellow-and-white taxi filling the frame in loud, wide, saturated shots. The camera is mostly conventional and mobile, built around chase set-pieces, quick cuts between street-level bustle and sunny harbour views, and frequent close-ups of two men trading barbs in cramped cars. Digital and glossy, with a bright daylight palette and busy urban texture: open-air cafés, crowded markets, the rattle of engines and a cheerful, pumping score. The vibe is breezy, boisterous action comedy, the kind that suits a lazy weekend afternoon or a comfort rewatch with friends. Pacing is brisk, with the comedy built on bickering chemistry and a mismatched duo slowly warming to each other, while a light romance and a stolen-car caper keep things moving. Violence is present but cartoonish: car crashes, fistfights and scuffles played for laughs, with no gore and little real menace. Suited to viewers who want loud, warm, undemanding laughs and fast-moving car stunts.
