The story
Two very different families join forces to create a new community, an us-against-the-world, cave person co-op on the most amazing farm in the history of prehistory!
What it’s like
Bright, saturated 3D animation with sunny prehistoric landscapes: lush green valleys, sun-warmed rock, bold cartoon colour and rounded, exaggerated character designs that keep the mood buoyant. The look leans on big daylight and open skies, with the farm and its fields giving the frame a sense of orderly, fenced-in warmth against the wilder world beyond. Sound is playful and busy, a bouncy orchestral score and crisp slapstick effects, with plenty of comic chatter. Vibe: light, cheerful, warm-hearted. It suits a relaxed weekend with children, a family watch, or something easy on in the background while doing chores. Pacing is brisk and episodic, with short scenes and gags that keep things moving. Emotionally it is gentle and optimistic, centred on two clashing households learning to trust one another and work as neighbours. Peril is cartoonish and mild: slapstick tumbles, dinosaur scuffles and comic mishaps, with no gore and nothing frightening for young viewers. Made for families and kids who want goofy, reassuring adventure with a message about community.
