The story
From Age of Empires co-creator Brian Sullivan and Braveheart writer Randall Wallace comes an innovative action role playing game set in ancient Greece, Egypt and Asia. The Titans have escaped their eternal prison, wreaking havoc upon the earth. The gods seek a hero who can turn the tide in an epic struggle that will determine the fate of both men and gods. Are you ready for the quest?
What it’s like
Bright, sun-baked ancient landscapes rendered in a painterly isometric view: sandstone temples, olive groves, dusty Egyptian ruins and misty Asian mountain passes, all drenched in warm daylight that shifts into eerie green and violet when Titan-touched monsters swarm. The palette is rich but earthy, with gold, terracotta and deep forest shades, and the camera stays fixed above your hero so every clearing and colonnade reads at a glance. Sound leans on sweeping orchestral swells, clattering armour, and the roar of creatures, with long quiet stretches of wind and birdsong between skirmishes. Its vibe is adventurous and mythic, a comfortable old-school dungeon crawl that suits an evening session with headphones or a relaxed weekend of loot-hunting. Pacing is steady and methodical, built around clearing zones, upgrading gear and chasing the next quest marker, with a hero's gradual rise from nobody to demigod rather than any intimate character drama. Violence is constant but stylised: swords and spells cut through hordes of mythic creatures, with bloody hits and some grisly monster deaths, yet nothing lingers on gore. It suits players who want a sprawling, action-heavy RPG with a classical flavour, not a gentle or contemplative experience.
