The story

A third-person action RPG with cooperative and competitive multiplayer elements in which the player enters the kingdom of Boletaria as it is being ravaged by a fog that spawns murderous demons. The player has to hunt down the arch demons situated in five disparate areas within the kingdom and partake in punishing combat to reach the Old One, the vengeful being that brought the fog to Boletaria.

What it’s like

Muted, fog-choked gothic gloom: grey-blue stone, rain-slicked ruins, sickly green miasma drifting over crumbling keeps, and torchlight that barely pushes back the dark. The camera stays close behind a heavy, deliberate hero, and the world leans on its sound, with sparse ambient drones, distant bells, wet footfalls, and the sudden bellow of something huge waking nearby. Combat is slow and weighty, built on stamina, careful blocking, and rolls timed to the dark, so each fight feels like a held breath. The vibe is bleak, austere dark fantasy, best suited to a late-night session alone with headphones on. Its violence is frequent and bloody, with grisly deaths and impaled corpses, but it lands as dread and attrition more than gore for its own sake, and there is no sexual content. Progress comes through repetition: you die often, lose your accumulated souls, and creep back toward a hard-won checkpoint. Other players appear as faint, ghostly silhouettes and scrawled warnings or encouragement, a sparse, communal thread through the isolation. This is for players who want a punishing, skill-based challenge wrapped in melancholy atmosphere, and who find patience and mastery satisfying rather than frustrating.
