The story

Two couples with the same surnames pursue in-vitro fertilisation and wait for their upcoming babies. Trouble ensues when they find that the sperms of each couple have been mixed with each other.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated daylight fills most of this comedy: sunlit apartments in pastel and primary colours, busy streets, and clean, cheerful interiors that keep the mood buoyant. Brisk editing, quick cuts, and a pop-leaning score with full song-and-dance sequences give it a bouncy, high-energy rhythm, with the occasional softer beat when the emotional stakes tip into real feeling. The vibe is light and playful, the kind of crowd-pleasing entertainment suited to a weekend afternoon, a family outing, or a lively night in with friends. Its premise, a fertility-clinic mix-up between two couples, drives a steady stream of rapid-fire banter, slapstick, and innuendo-laden jokes; the sexual humour is frank and crude at times but never explicit. There is no violence or gore, and the peril is purely comic. The relationships move from rivalry toward warmth and eventual affection, with the two couples' marriages and friendships tested and then reaffirmed. It suits viewers who want a fast, funny, romantic family comedy with an upbeat ending and a spirited musical streak.
