The story

Three couples who get separated from each other due to an evil ploy, reincarnate after 600 years and meet each other as history repeats itself again and their respective partners get mixed up this time.

What it’s like

Bright, saturated, over-lit frames with glossy studio polish: candy-coloured costumes, sunlit palace courtyards and gaudy period interiors that give way to bustling modern city streets. The camera is busy, with quick cuts, whip pans and wide group shots that keep a crowded ensemble in view during frantic physical gags. Sound is loud and bouncy, built on filmi pop songs, percussive dance numbers and slapstick sound effects. The vibe is loud, silly and high-energy, a comfort watch for a lazy weekend afternoon, a group night with friends, or something to play while doing chores. Pacing is relentless, with one set-piece crashing into the next and little room for quiet. The emotional register stays light: romantic misunderstandings, mistaken identities and exaggerated reactions drive the comedy, and the central relationships are warm and playful rather than deep. Intensity is low to moderate: cartoonish slapstick falls and staged fights, some innuendo and suggestive humour, no gore and no real menace. It suits viewers who want big laughs, colourful spectacle and music over subtlety.
