The story
Novopangea is a multi-player economy style strategy game. The game is designed around real world mechanics such as renting land, owning a business and completing jobs. Novopangea is set in a fantasy world comprised of six realms, each with their own story and lore and cast of characters.
What it’s like
Muted fantasy cartography in parchment tones and soft, painterly terrain, with each of the six realms shown as a distinct map region rather than a single continuous world. The interface leans on panels, ledgers and property grids, so the experience is mostly lit by the calm glow of menus and the slow shimmer of a world map at rest. Sound is sparse: low ambient drones, the occasional chime when a transaction settles, and quiet pauses between turns that let the economy breathe. Pacing is deliberate and unhurried, built around tending land, running a business and taking on jobs across sessions rather than around fast reflexes.
