The story
To earn extra cash, Mickey helps couples break up — but life gets complicated when he falls for Tinni, a career woman with an independent streak.
What it’s like
Bright, saturated daylight and glossy, colourful frames give this Bollywood romcom the feel of a sunny postcard, with bustling Mumbai streets, Goan beaches and a lavish, dance-filled Indian wedding stretching across the screen. The camera moves freely and energetically, swooping through crowded markets and song sequences, while the score leans on upbeat pop, catchy dhol-inflected numbers and playful comic stingers. Vibe-wise it is breezy, amused and warm, the kind of easy watch for a lazy weekend, a group night in, or a comfort rewatch when you want to smile without thinking hard. The pacing is brisk and musical, with episodes of slapstick and banter giving way to heartfelt family moments. Its central arc follows a cynical, wisecracking hustler who slowly drops his guard around a self-possessed woman who refuses to be managed, and the emotional register stays light and affectionate throughout. Intensity is very low: some mild slapstick and a few tense misunderstandings, with no real violence, gore or sexual content. It suits viewers who want a cheerful, family-friendly romance with music, laughter and a happy ending.
